The Firm was founded in Philadelphia in 1997 by a small group of lawyers who shared a common vision to practice law with a commitment to the advancement of the commercial success of their clients. Today the Firm remains dedicated to utilizing the practice of law to promote and protect the missions of each of its clients and to stand steadfast at their side, adding to their successes. Consistent with the objectives of its founding members, the Firm’s practice has expanded from a regional scope to a national scale in a short period of time.
